2017 Petit Verdot

Subtle and elegant, this Petit Verdot was aged 24 months in 80% new French oak.  Notes of plum, cedar and blackberry flood your palate with this wine.  The extended barrel ageing has allowed the tannin to soften making it ready to drink immediately or lay down for a few years.  This wine also made up 50% of the Mystery Red II wine which was a huge hit in the tasting room.  Enjoy!
