2019 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc - Brut Nature

100% Estate Chardonnay barrel aged for 16 months then bottled aged on lees for an additional 3 years.  Wonderful aromas of citrus, green apple and with hint of toast are evident with a finish that makes your mouth water.  Pairs wonderfully with oysters, salty foods or stellar on its own.  Done in the traditional method with zero sugar added so a "Brut Nature" style.
