100% Petit Manseng from our estate vineyard.  Aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months prior to bottling.  Very rich and soft mouthfeel with notes of honey, apple and tropical fruit. Slightly off dry for a super easy finish. (116 Cases Produced)
