2022 Sauvignon Gris

This will be our first ever vintage of this varietal which is a slightly pink mutation of Sauvignon Blanc.  A similar profile to the popular Sauvignon Blanc, this varietal will feature the same great acidity as its cousin as well as some added richness.  Notes of honeydew, melon and lime shine through on this wine.  (67 Cases Produced)
