2022 White Cabernet Franc

Yes, you read that correctly.  This is a white Cabernet Franc!  Picked ripe, but this portion went directly to press to extract the juice with no skin contact.  The juice in most wine grapes is white/clear and the color comes from the skin contact during fermentation.  In this case, no skin contact so no color, no tannin and a completely different profile than its skin fermented counterpart.  (111 Cases Produced)
